Claim Assistant Payments, Refunds and Cancellations
PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND REFUND POLICY

ClaimAssistant LLC (a Florida, USA Corporation) and SinkholeAssistant.com services (“Services”) accept these forms of payment: credit cards and checking accounts. If a credit card is being used for a transaction, ClaimAssistant LLC may obtain preapproval for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing for all forms of payment occurs at the time of or shortly after your transaction.

You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Services, and that ClaimAssistant LLC may charge your credit card or checking account for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING CLAIMASSISTANT LLC WITH VALID CREDIT CARD OR BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. All fees will be billed to the form of payment you designate during the purchase process. If you want to designate a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card status, you must ClaimAssistant LLC promptly with this information; this may temporarily disrupt your access to the Services while ClaimAssistant LLC verifies your new payment information.

Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable consumption tax. No customers are eligible for tax exemptions.

All sales of products are final.

Prices for products offered via the Services may change at any time, and the Services do not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, as determined by ClaimAssistant LLC, your exclusive and sole remedy is a replacement of the purchased product.

Products which are software or downloadable from any ClaimAssistant LLC website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drive, etc.) are non-refundable.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Requests for cancellations will only be accepted by email at info@claimassistant.com.  Cancellations for products or services already provided, i.e. a Session already created or inspection already completed, will not be accepted.  All cancellations will apply to any future products or services not yet rendered by ClaimAssistant LLC.
